ADMINISTRATIVE BISHOP & WOMEN'S MINISTRIES DIRECTOR
Dr. John Alexander has spent more than 40 years developing and equipping leaders for the Kingdom of God, with a passion for strengthening the local church and reaching the lost. Throughout his ministry, he has emphasized biblical doctrine, leadership development, education, and helping others fulfill their God-given calling.
Dr. Alexander currently serves as Administrative Bishop of the Church of God in Indiana, appointed at the 80th Church of God General Assembly in 2026. Previously, he and Lori, served the Great Lakes Region for four years. He has also pastored churches in Texas, Ohio, North Carolina, and Florida and has spoken at conferences throughout the United States and internationally on church growth, marriage, and spiritual renewal.
An accomplished author, Dr. Alexander has written multiple articles for The Evangel and several books, including Timeless: The Ten Commandments Today. He holds a B.A. in Pastoral Studies from Southwestern University, a Master’s degree in Pastoral Leadership from Trinity University, and a Ph.D. in Theology from Trinity.
John and Lori have two children, Ashley and Dustin, and are blessed with six grandchildren: Tyler, and his wife Jazzy, Mackenzie, Harper, Hadley and Hampton. An avid sports fan, Dr. Alexander proudly supports Notre Dame football and, somewhat less proudly, the Dallas Cowboys.

YOUTH & DISCIPLESHIP DIRECTOR & GIRLS MINISTRIES COORDINATOR
Bishop Caleb Skinner serves as the Youth & Discipleship Director for the Church of God in Indiana, following his appointment at the 80th Church of God General Assembly. With more than 20 years of ministry experience, Caleb has a passion for seeing the next generation encounter Jesus, discover their purpose, and make a difference through the local church.
Before coming to Indiana, Caleb served on the Florida Youth & Discipleship Board and Florida Evangelism Board and has led worship and spoken at camps, conferences, and ministry events.
Caleb and his wife, Kenna, have two children, Troy and Paisley. He loves spending time with his family, serving the next generation, and cheering on the Atlanta Braves.
